SERVICE MANAGER

Location: Oxford
Salary: £45,000pa up to £50,000pa + Annual BONUS
Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00AM - 16:00PM (Flexible if required)

My client is looking for a motivated Service Manager to join their positive, productive team located in Oxford. Working for this company means you will build first class relationships with both our customers and suppliers.
This role will be perfect for someone with previous experience in the motor industry and managing a team. You will be responsible for 30 employees, profitability, auditing and providing excellent customer satisfaction within the department.

Service Manager requirements:

•Previous Service Manager experience and Commercial knowledge is essential
•A customer focused individual with an uncompromising attitude to delivering customer service and maintain a customer centric culture within the service team.
•Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
•Innovative individuals willing to explore new methods of driving performance.
•Ability to work well under pressure.
•Full UK Driving Licence
•Candidates with experience with the VAG are preferred
