SERVICE MANAGER
Service Manager required for our automotive client based in Brighton.

Basic Salary: £30,000pa BONUS/OTE: up to £46,000pa

Our client, a highly reputable brand is looking for a driven and friendly Service Manager to join and manage their team, motivating the service department and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority.

As a Service Manager you will need to be a strong performer who is able to monitor managing a small team whilst hitting your own daily target. This will include meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements, along with any other opportunities for up selling products, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.

Essential skills & Qualifications of a Service Manager.

·Must have dealership experience as a Service Manager (4 years minimum)
·Strong and authoritative characteristics
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Have outstanding customer service
·Ability to thrive within a busy dealership
