Service Manager required for Main Dealership based in Plymouth. 
Salary: £25,000pa basic OTE £33,000pa UNCAPPED BONUS.

If so look no further! Our client, a highly reputable dealership is seeking an Service Manager with a proven track record of improvements to join a fantastic team based in Plymouth.

As a service manager, you will demonstrate a hands on leadership style, managing and motivating employees within the service team to challenge and drive the performance of your team, in turn ensuring top quality service is provided to customers. Working as part of a strong team, you will need to be flexible in your daily approach and able to cover key positions within the department. This is an all rounder position as you will be liaising in all departments including warranty, service and sales.

To be considered for this role you will need to have good longevity within your role as a service advisor or workshop controller. The ideal candidate will be honest, realistic, motivating and able to push to deliver outstanding results.

Service Manager Skills & Qualifications: 

·Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements within the service team
·Valid UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
