Commercial Vehicle Service Manager - Thurrock, London

My client, a well-established & respected commercial dealer, who are looking to appoint an experienced Service Manager to run their commercial vehicle site in Thurrock.

You will be in control of a team of 15 staff in a very busy commercial vehicle operation. The dealership look after both rigid and artic commercial vehicles so experience in this industry is a must.

The ideal person would be one who has come up through the ranks and has been on tools.

Requirements:

·Must have experience as a Service Manager or similar role within the HGV Workshop
·Must have strong P&L knowledge
·Dealing with wages and overtime
·A strong team player who can lead from the front
·Hands on management stance rather than a back office manager
·Strong mentor / coach
·Have proven results within the commercial vehicle trade.


Salary = Basic £42.5k + OTE up to £48.5k with KPI'S being achieved
Fully expensed Company car,
