Service Manager
Salary up to £35,000pa plus OTE up to £40,000pa
Location: Christchurch

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Service Manager/ Senior Service Advisor or Workshop Controller looking to join our popular, franchise brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership continues to grow after many years of service, maintaining their high standards and reputation. With a variety of different modern services that cater to all customers, this means specialist training and talented staff.

To be considered for the role, you will need experience as either a Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor or a Workshop Controller within a Main Car Dealership. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and motivate a team, be driven to continue the growth of success of a business and the team, and show passion and dedicated towards their work.

Service Manager General duties:
·Talk and listen ot customers to build relationships, understand their needs and guide them towards the product/service that will best meet their needs
·Provide estimates for Servicing and repairs, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs, time scales involved and setting realistic expectations
·Schedule work to meet customer requirements, and staff within the workshop
·Set and ensure realistic targets are met
·Encourage the sales of genuine parts, accessories and packages whenever possible
·Agree Vehicle Delivery and Collection, or car arrangements
·Co-ordinate workshop activity
·Invoice customers
·Update customers details to maintain accurate records of work carries out
·Work with colleagues and other teams across the Dealership to ensure entire Dealership has is ran smoothly

Service Manager Essentials;
·Service Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Workshop Controller experience within a Main Car Dealership
·Able to manage and motivate a large team
·Be business driven
·Passionate
·Dedicated
