Automotive Service Contact Centre Advisor required for main dealership based in Lincoln.

Basic Salary: £20,000plus BONUS/OTE: up to £30,000pa

If so - look no further! Our client, a highly reputable dealership is seeking a Service Contact Centre Advisor with a flexible and can-do attitude to join their close-knit, hard working team. We want someone who is always energetic and committed to offering quality customer service.

As a Service Contact Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound Service Bookings for existing and potential customer, receiving inbound calls from customers, whilst also appointing existing customers due for Services and/or MOT's. You will be following up with Customers after their Vehicle Health Check is completed.

For this role, you will need a proven track record of high volume telephone calls. You will ideally have been in your current role for at least a year.

Working hours: 8:00am– 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays (every 3rd Saturday) 9:00am– 6:00pm

Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Service Advisor:

·Must have previous high volume telephone call experience (1 year minimum)
·Motor Trade experience (desired)
·Confident when speaking to customers over the phone
·Quick to learn new systems
·Honest, Reliable and Flexible for Customers
