SERVICE BOOKING ADVISOR
Service Booking Advisor required for our Automotive Client based in Doncaster .

Basic Salary: £17,000pa plus BONUS/OTE: up to £21,000pa

Our client is looking for an individual highly focused, organised and skilled at multi-tasking. The duties of the role include making outbound calls to customers, recieving inbound calls from customers, managing bookings, pre-calling customers, data cleansing and follow up calls to customers. Full training will be provided for you.


Working hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays (1 in 3) 8:00am – 12:30pm

Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Service Advisor:

·Experience in the automotive trade is desired but not required
·Must be fully customer focused, with a strong telephone manner
·Ability to work pro actively and in an organised fashion
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
