Service and Parts Administrator
£20,000 - £22,000 (DOE)
Week 1 Monday – Friday 07:00 - 17:00
Week 2 Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00
(One in two Saturday mornings 08:00 - 12:00)
My client is a provider of new and used vehicle from sales, to genuine parts, servicing and maintenance.
In this administrative role, you will be responsible for producing job cards, retail, warranty and invoicing on behalf of the service department. You will also be responsible for the parts administration and sometimes required to cover the reception area.
·Adding new procurements to the database
·Booking vehicles in for service
·Coordinating vehicle movements with other depots
·Updating service records
·Issues purchase order to suppliers
·Reconciling internal and external databases
·Updating the company database
·General fleet administration tasks as directed
Key requirements for the parts person:
·Two or more year’s related experience in a commercial dealership.
·One or more years of sales experience preferred.
·Excellent customer service skills.
·Professional appearance and work ethic.
·Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
·Valid driver license
·Exceptionally organised and able to work to the highest standard
·Excellent communication skills
