We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor looking to join our popular, franchise branded establishment.

A company that has delivered a comprehensive and market leading Customer Service. They are looking for someone who is passionate as them about making the Customers experience the best it can be, whilst considering their valued staff.

To be considered, you will ideally have Dealership or Large Independent Garage experience within the Service department. However, they will consider someone from a high volume, customer facing position.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, positive a team player and always have the customer in mind.

Service Advisor - General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Up sell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Service Advisor - Essentials;
·Dealership or Large Independent Garage experience
·Outstanding Customer Service Experience
·Service Advisor experience - desired
·Energetic and Positive
·Work well within a team
·Work well under pressure
·Meet and Set realistic expectations for both customers and colleagues
