Service Advisor

Location: Worthing
Salary: £20,000pa up to £24,000pa dependant on experience + OT

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 18:30pm
1 in 4 (rota) Saturday 7:00am – 13:00pm

Our client requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administrator for their workshop in the Worthing.

As a Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administrator, you will be acting as the main point of contact and offering support and guidance whenever customers visit us to get their vehicle serviced, or when they need help or advice with the up keep of their vehicle.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administrator is to:

·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
·Raising jobs cards
·Communicating effectively with the workshop and technicians

Key requirements as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administrator that has: 

·Excellent communication skills
·Dealership experience is essential
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Kerridge experience is highly desirable
