Salary: £26,000pa Basic + REALISTIC OTE TO £35,000pa

Our client, a well respected franchise dealership based in West London is an experienced service advisor with a fantastic attitude and a natural ability to learn and grow within their company.

Our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals of which a strong and unforgettable service is paramount when dealing with customers. You will need to have prior experience working within a motor trade background as you will be liaising with the workshop with customer queries, enabling a smooth running of the service department. In return you will be awarded with a realistic bonus based on customer satisfaction and up sells.

SERVICE ADVISOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians.
·Liaison with customers and up selling any additional work and services required
·Greeting customers, scheduling services and bookings
·Estimating time and costs associated with repairs and maintenance
·Handling customer complaints ,queries and feedback and relating it back to the relevant departments
·Organising work load and meeting daily targets

SERVICE ADVISOR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

·Kerridge or 1 link knowledge required
·Main dealership / Franchise Automotive experience
·Good communication / organisational skills
·The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand

DEALERSHIP/AUTOMOTIVE/LARGE INDEPENDENT GARAGE EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL!
