SERVICE ADVISOR (Car Dealership)
Salary up to £22,000pa - £26,000pa - Plus up to £30,000 OTE & BONUS
Location: North West London

Our client, a well-respected, has an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join their busy team. your main responsibility will involve liaising directly with customers to arrange services for their vehicles, via inbound calls and walk ins, arranging job cards for technicians using specialist systems, maximising upselling opportunities with customers, offering an outstanding and thorough service for customers.
Your main tasks will involve:

·Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
·with customers about any additional work required
·Greeting customers and scheduling services
·Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
·Handling customer complaints
·Responding to customer requests
·Tracking the vehicle through the workshop

Service Advisor essential requirements:

·Motor industry or dealership experience as a Service Advisor or Customer Service Advisor
·Strong career history
·A professional manner
·Good organisational skills
·Good automotive knowledge
·Experience using Kerridge, One Link or Pinnacle
