SERVICE ADVISOR
Automotive Service Advisor required for main dealership based in Epping.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 6pm // Saturday 9am - 4pm (1 in 2)

Basic Salary: £24,000pa - £27,600 BONUS/OTE: up to £30,000

If so - this role is for you! Our client is expanding and seeking an experienced Service Advisor to manage all service walk-in enquiries, qualify services, outgoing calls and to keep customers updated and content. We want someone who is committed to offering consistent excellent customer service.

As an experienced Service Advisor, you are responsible to take service department bookings ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements in an efficient manner, developing and maintaining a high degree of departmental and inter departmental co-operation. Also, to be pleasant and helpful to all customers and colleagues and to ensure that personal appearance is of the highest. Ensure flow of work through the workshop is smooth and profitable, allocating workload subject to availability and competence of technicians to maximise productivity and to build positive relationships with the customer updating them frequently and reacting quickly to resolve any issues or variations to promise. Also have excellent customer service skills to sell extra work to the customer, explaining the requirement and selling the benefits, gain authority to proceed

Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Service Advisor:

·Must have dealership experience as a service advisor is essential (1 year minimum)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must have be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
