Service Advisor

Location: Oxford
Salary: £25,000 + Per Annum (Depending on Experience)
Working hours: 45 hours per week
Current use and experience of KERRIDGE is a must for this role!

My client, one of the UK's biggest Franchise Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer Groups, are looking to employ an experienced and Technically minded Service Advisor for their busy state of the art site in Oxford.


The role of the Service Advisor is to:
·Report to the After Sales Manager
·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

My client is looking for a Service Advisor that has: 
·Excellent communication skills
·Minimum 2 years experience in the Auto industry
·Attention to detail
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage

MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
