SERVICE ADVISOR
Service Advisor required for our Automotive Client based in Nuneaton.

Basic Salary: £18,000pa - £22,000pa plus BONUS/OTE: up to £27,000pa

Our client is looking for an individual highly focused on customer satisfaction, with high volume experience as well as front desk experience you will need a flexible and can-do attitude to join their quickly expanding, hard-working team. As Service Advisor, you will be responsible for attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards. Our client is looking for someone that wants to gain experience and do well and will be trained on system usage. The right candidate for this role will be confident and keep a calm and methodical head when working to targets in a busy environment.


Working hours: 8am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays (1 in 3)

Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Service Advisor:

·Minimum experience in the trade 12 months
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy and high-volume service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
