SERVICE ADVISOR


Confident Service Advisor required for a thriving Dealership, located in Worthing.

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 (DOE) - Overtime Available!

·Are you a strong sales person who understands the importance of up-selling, to benefit the customer and the company?

A new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor has arisen for a busy Dealership in Worthing.

This is an opportunity for a service advisor to really make it their own position in helping to support the company in driving the business forward through assisting the customer, taking direction and using initiative.

You will need to be fully experienced in the field as you will be guiding customers and members of your team to ensure the best possible service is received by the customer.

Monday - Friday / 08:30 - 18:30 / 1 in 4 Saturday's (07:00 - 13:00) Overtime rate of £10.

Essential Skills & Qualifications for this Service Advisor role:
·Previous experience in a similar role and an extensive knowledge of the auto-motive industry, preferably the commercial side.
·A can-do attitude, an enthusiastic personality and a confidence in your specialised knowledge about the auto-motive industry.
·Flexible and natural approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
·An understanding of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle or a similar DMS system
·Full clean UK Driving Licence (preferred)


The successful Service Advisor will receive ongoing training, 1 hour lunch break, a company pension and 22 days annual leave plus satutory leave entitlement.
