Service Advisor
Salary up to £22,000pa plus OTE up to £28,000pa

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to join our high end, high demand Workshop

This Workshop is highly respected for the different services they offer and their professional Workshop and Showroom. Customer Satisfaction is very important to all staff, and they really focus on customer care. This Workshop is really passionate about the brand they represent and always take pride in their work.

To be considered for the role, you will ideally have Service Advisor experience within a Car Dealership/Workshop. However, if you have front facing, customer service experience in a very professional environment, this will be considered. The ideal candidate will work well with their colleagues, be able to work well in busy environments and be open minded about any projects.

General Duties:

• To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
• To communicate well within departments
• To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
• Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
• Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
• To Upsell products to customers
• Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
• Follow company procedures and standards
• Use online system to update all information
• Invoice customers

Essentials:

• Previous Dealership/Workshop experience as a Service Advisor (desired)
• High volume, customer facing experience in a professional environment
• Able to work well within busy environments
• Able to work well within a close team
• Open minded
