Service Advisor required for Main Dealership based in Wolverhampton.
Salary: £20,000pa OTE £26,000pa

Our client, a successful dealership is expanding and is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a flexible and can do attitude to manage all service walk-in enquiries, qualify service, outgoing calls and keeping customers updated and happy. We want someone who is energetic and committed to offering consistent excellent customer service.

As an experienced Service Advisor you are responsible to take service department bookings ensuring logical workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements in an efficient manner. This will include meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements, along with any other opportunities for up selling products, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in a professional manner.

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm (NO SATURDAYS!)

Service Advisor Skills & Qualifications:

·Must have dealership experience as a service advisor is essential (1 year minimum)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
