Service Advisor
Salary up to £20,000pa plus OTE up to £24,000pa
Location: Suffolk

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor looking to join our popular, franchise brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership aims to provide exceptional customer service to both loyal and new customers. This Dealership understands how important the Vehicle is to the customer, and that's why they try to offer the smoothest experience possible.

To be considered for this role, you will need Service Advisor experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, be realistic and efficient with time frames and able to work well in team environments.

Service Advisor General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers
