Service Advisor
Basic Salary up to £25,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Bristol

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Service Advisor looking to join our popular, volume brand Car Dealership.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be an experienced Service Advisosr and have worked within a Main Dealership. The ideal candidate will be honest and realistic to their customer and their colleagues, enjoy working in close knit teams, be keen to learn and enhance their skills and always keep the customer in mind.

Service Advisor General Duties; 

  • To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
  • To communicate well within departments
  • To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
  • Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
  • Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
  • To Upsell products to customers
  • Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
  • Follow company procedures and standards
  • Use online system to update all information
  • Invoice customers

Service Advisor Essentials;
·Experience as a Service Advisor
·Dealership Experience
·Able to work well in close knit teams
·Able to be honest, reliable and transparent with colleagues and customers
·Have the customers best interest
