Service Advisor
Salary up to £25,000pa plus OTE UP TO £30,000pa
Location: Watford

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a popular and growing Car Dealership.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience as a Service Advisor within a Car Dealership. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, able to adapt to each customers experience and work to high standards and be proud to.

Service Advisor General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Service Advisor Essentials;
·Previous Service Advisor experience within a Car Dealership
·Customer focused
·Able to adapt to each customers experience
·Work to high standards
