Service Advisor
Salary up to £23,000pa plus OTE up to £28,000pa
Location: Dorchester

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Service Advisor looking to join our popular, high demand brand Dealership.

This Dealership is proud to represent their brand. They pride themselves in giving the highest quality of service to their customers. Their staff are friendly and training to the brands high standards. All staff are treated well, and all enjoy the work they produce for the Dealership and customers.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have Main Car Dealership experience, and have experience with either 1Link or Kerridge. However, someone with a professional, high volume, customer facing experience may be considered for the role.

The ideal candidate will be very customer focused, driven and proud to be able to be apart of this Dealerships journey.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers


Essentials;
·Main Car Dealership experience as a Service Advisor - preferred
·Kerridge and/or 1Link experience - preferred
·Professional, high volume, customer facing experience - essential
·Customer Focused
·Driven
·Take pride in the work they produce
