Service Advisor
Salary up to £22,000pa plus OTE up to £30,000pa
Location: Bath

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor, with strong upselling skills, to join our popular, high demand brand Dealership.

This Dealership is a trusted Dealership, and is very passionate about the brand. All staff take the time to understand what's important to the customer. Being given the knowledge and skills to work with a variety of different services and customers.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have previous experience within a Car Dealership. You will also need to have strong track record in upselling, and be able to back this up with facts and figures. The ideal candidate will be very customer focused, and organised.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Essentials;
·Previous Service Advisor experience within a Car Dealership
·Strong track record of upselling, and be able to back this up with facts and figures
·Strong Customer Service skills
