Service Advisor
Salary up to £22,000pa plus OTE up to £28,000pa
Location: Bath

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor looking to join our popular, franchise brand Dealership.

This Dealership lets their success shine throughout the Dealership, as they continue to grow and gain more customers, and add more valued member of staff. Proud to offer the services they have, and provide customers with an enjoyable and reliable service.

Service Advisor General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers
