Service Advisor

My client, one of the UK's largest Commercial Vehicle dealers in the UK, is looking to employ an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful team in Gloucester.
The purpose of the Service Advisor is:-
·To be presentable at all times
·Maximise service and repair bookings
·To liaise with all the service staff, parts staff and Workshop Manager
·Deal with telephone and walk-in enquiries
·Managing customer and workshop expectations
·Understanding of Kerridge would be an advantage

If you can handle pressure without it affecting working relationships, have excellent attention to detail, have basic administration knowledge, have excellent communication skills and have worked in After Sales Environment before, then this Service Advisor role is the job for you.
