Service Advisor
Salary of £21,500pa plus Bonus/OTE up to £23,000pa
Location: Dorset

We have a brilliant opportunity for a dedicated Service Advisor. This opportunity is with one of our large, high demand brand Dealerships that offer great service and highly value their staff.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated, focused and forward thinking. Working closely with your team members to achieve the best targets and Customer satisfaction possible. Always being presentable and approachable to Customers and always offering a helping hand to those around you.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Essentials;
·Previous Service Advisor Experience within a Dealership
·Presentable and approachable
·Team Orientated and ready for any challenge
