Service Advisor
Basic Salary of £18,000pa plus Bonus/OTE up to £23,000pa
Location: Taunton

This is a 12 month, Maternity Cover position which has the potential to go permanent

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our large brand Dealership. The ideal will be very customer driven, keen to learn and able to hit the ground running. You will be targets on results such as Customer Satisfaction so it is key to always offer the best service, to receive the best awards.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Essentials;
·Service Advisor experience within a Dealership
·Keen to learn
·Able to pick things up quickly
