Service Advisor
Salary up to £22,000pa plus bonus/OTE up to £27,000pa
Location: Exeter

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a large, successful and forward thinking Dealership.

Our Dealership has a very busy working environment, so it is key that you are able to work in these environments and to high standards. You will also be working within a large team, despite the size, this team is very close knit and everyone helps each other out. Confidence is key with our Dealership, due to the busyness and volume of customers you will be dealing with. Our company values its staff highly, and even gives loyalty bonuses every 12 months!

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Essentials;
·Previous Service Advisor experience within a Dealership
·Able to work in very busy environments
·Work well within large, close knit teams
·Confident
