Service Advisor
Salary up to £20,000pa plus BONUS/OTE up to £23,000pa
Location: Salisbury

Our Client is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team or Customer Service professionals. We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is a up to scratch with their Customer Service skills, works well within a team and is able to work well under pressure.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Essentials;
·Service Advisor Experience within the Motor Industry
·Customer Service Experience
·Team Player
