Location of Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administration: Hayes
Salary: £23,000pa up to £28,000pa + OT

Working hours of Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administration:
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm

Our client, a fleet company dealing with the film industry along with other big enterprises,
requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administrator for their Depot in the Hayes.

Responsibilities as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administration is to:

·Writing orders for repair work
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed.
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders

Key requirements as a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Service Administrator that has: 

·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade/Commercial experience is essential
