My Client is looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join their busy Commercial Main Dealer Depot.
The role of the Service Administrator is to promptly action the raising and issuing of workshop repair invoices based on the completed job, deal with cards and information supplied by the Workshop Administration team. Assist with direct face to face contact with customers or PC based customers and to maintain accurate records and ensure a clear audit trail for all documentation.
Key Activities of the Service Administrator:
To ensure that authorised job cards are turned promptly and accurately into manufacturers
warranty and contract claims and finally into workshop invoices
To check that parts issued onto job cards have been correctly booked out to customers
To ensure that the work in progress report is reviewed daily and that all completed jobs are invoiced within 48 hours.
To ensure there are no undue delays in raising approved credit notes
To exceed daily and weekly invoicing targets agreed with the Company.
To participate in any training courses that the company require you to attend.
To provide departmental support in hitting retail and contract maintenance invoicing targets when workload permits.
To keep management fully informed in respect of any problems adversely affecting either your own workload and/or your performance.
To ensure all documentation is promptly and accurately filed.
To assist in other areas of the business as and when required.
Other duties as reasonably requested by Depot Manager or Service Admininistration Supervisor.
The Service Administrator will have excellent administration and organisation skills and must have a motor industry experience.
