SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Service Administrator required for our dealership client in Birmingham
Basic Salary £21,268pa

As a Service Administrator, you will be working within a busy service department, supporting the service advisor and workshop with various administrative tasks. Your duties will mainly involve preparation of job cards and service documents for vehicles being booked into the workshop, answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding to the necessary team. You will also be processing invoices and dealing with warranty for the customer, using relevant dealership management systems. The Service Administrator must be computer literate, have exceptional organisational skills and thrive in a team environment.

Working hours 40 hours pw

Skills & Qualifications of a Service Administrator
·Strong administrative background (ideally in a main dealership)
·Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
·Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
