Service Administrator /Trainee Service Advisor required for Main Dealership in Havant.
Salary: £18,000pa

· Do you have STRONG organisational skills and work in a methodical manner?


Our client, a main dealership is seeking an experienced Service Administrator / Trainee Service advisor to join their team based in Havant.
As a service administrator / Trainee Service Advisor you working within a busy service department, supporting the service advisors and workshop with various administrative tasks. Your duties will mainly involve preparation of job cards / service documents for vehicles being booked into the workshop, answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding to the necessary team. You will also be processing invoices and dealing with warranty for the customer, using relevant dealership management systems.

As part of this role you will also be dealing with customers face to face, therefore customer service experience within a face to face environment is preferred.

You will have the opportunity to become a fully fledged Service Advisor after training.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm / Saturdays required paid at overtime

Skills & Qualifications of a Service Administrator / Trainee Service Advisor 

·Strong administrative background (ideally in the motor trade)
·Must have face to face customer service experience
·Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
·Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System advantageous
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·Full clean UK Driving LIcence
