Aftersales Advisor / Service Administrator
Our client, a Commercial Vehicle Franchise Dealer in the South West UK, requires an Automotive Aftersales Advisor / Service Administrator for their busy operation in St Austell.
As an Aftersales Advisor / Service Administrator you will play a vital role in supplying both internal and external customers with parts to meet their needs. Doing the Service Advisor desk as well as the administrator duties for aftersales.
To succeed in this role as Aftersales Advisor / Service Administrator you need to have:
·Keen eye for detail
·Previous experience working within an automotive industry
·Excellent organisation and customer service skills.
·Ability to learn systems and computerised stock and order management system
·I.T. Skills would be a clear advantage
Motor trade experience is an advantage is essential
Warranty experience would be an advantage, but ideally skills of invoicing and a working with customers in the motor trade would be a minimum.
There is bonus schemes and opportunity for overtime.
