SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR (Automotive)
SALARY PACKAGE UP TO £25,000 PLUS AN ACHEIVABLE BONUS PACKAGE

Our client, a main dealership is currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Senior Service Advisor to join their busy professional aftersales team.

The ideal candidate will have:
ØMotor trade experience as a Senior Service Advisor
ØExcellent customer communication skills (face to face and telephone)
ØA genuine passion to deliver customer satisfaction
ØAbility to motivate and supervise a team
ØAttention to detail
ØExperience using Kerridge, One Link or Pinnacle or similar DMS system
ØExcellent organisation and time management

Senior Service Advisor Duties:
ØCovering for the Service Manager
ØOverseeing a team of service advisor
ØLiaising with customers face to face and on the telephone
ØEnsuring customers are aware of service and repair work required on their vehicles in a professional manner
ØProviding advice on estimate costs of repairs or works to be undertaken
ØTo sell additional products, appropriate to customers’ needs
ØAdvice on timescales and vehicle collection arrangements
