SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR
Service Advisor required for our Automotive Client based in Burton upon Trent.

Basic Salary: £23,000pa - £25,000pa plus OTE up to £29,000pa

Our client is looking for a Senior Service Advisor who is highly focused on customer satisfaction, with high volume experience as well as front desk experience you will need a flexible and can-do attitude to join their quickly expanding, hard-working team. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards. Our client is looking for someone that wants to gain experience and do well and will be trained on system usage. However previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential.

Working hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays (rotational)

Essential Skills & Qualifications for a Senior Service Advisor:

·Previous experience in the trade is required
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy and high-volume service department
·Full clean UK Driving Licence
