Senior Service Advisor required for dealership in Ascot

Basic Salary: £27,000 BONUS/OTE: up to £38,000 + COMPANY CAR

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm / Saturdays (1 in 4) 8.30am - 1pm

Our client, a highly reputable brand is looking for a motivated and proactive Senior Service Advisor to join their team, taking service department bookings and ensuring efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements with their best interest as your priority.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will need to be a strong performer with at least 3 years’ experience and who is able to assist managing a small team whilst hitting your own daily targets. This will include meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements, along with any other opportunities for upselling products and ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop in an efficient manner.

Skills & Qualifications of a Senior Service Advisor:

·Must have dealership experience as a service advisor is essential (3 years minimum)
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Must be fully customer focused, presentable and professionally dressed
·Ability to thrive within a busy service department
·A Full UK Driving License
