Senior Service Advisor
Basic Salary up to £30,000pa plus OTE up to £43,000pa
Location: Reading

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking to join our high end market, popular brand Car Dealership.

This Dealership aims to provide a second-to-none customer experience to go in hand with the standard of their vehicles. All staff are trained and gifted expert knowledge and are all highly skilled and talented.

To be considered for this role, you will need previous Service Advisor experience in a Main Dealership. The ideal candidate will be able to use their own initiative, be target driven and always the ensure the Customer is happy.

Senior Service Advisor General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Senior Service Advisor Essentials;
·Previous Service Advisor experience within a Main Dealership
·Able to use their own initiative
·Target driven
·Motivated
·Customer focused
