Salary up to £22,000pa plus OTE up to £25,000pa

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our popular franchise Dealership. This is for a progressive company that focus on staff development and training to ensure that the service offered is always to the highest of levels

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experienced as a Service Advisor within a Dealership. The ideal candidate will be driven, self motivated and have high standards of ability to sell service plans and further products. You will be within a closeknit team so it is important you work well in this environment.

General Duties;
·To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers’ requirements with a realistic and professional manner
·To communicate well within departments
·To be pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues at all times
·Ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
·Build positive relations with both Trade and Retail customers
·To Upsell products to customers
·Ensure customer feedback is fed to the appropriate people
·Follow company procedures and standards
·Use online system to update all information
·Invoice customers

Essentials;
·Service Advisor experience
·Dealership experience
·Very Customer focused
·Work well within a close knit team
