MECHANIC / SENIOR DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN
BASIC SALARY: £27,000pa - £30,000pa
PLUS OTE/BONUS
Location: NORTH LONDON

We are seeking an experienced and MECHANIC / DIAGNOSTIC VEHICLE TECHNICIAN who has a great working attitude, and is flexible to conduct, diagnostic and complex mechanical jobs, someone who diagnose a complex engine issue and find a solution!

A large part of the Mechanic / Senior Diagnostic Vehicle Technician position involves:

·As a Mechanic, you'll be responsible for all types of jobs such as complex diagnostic repair, service and maintenance of all kinds of vehicles ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards
·Communicating with the Workshop Manager.
·Speaking with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
·Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
·Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
·Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
·Capable of providing a clear hand written description of the work carried out.

Qualifications and must haves for the Mechanic / Senior Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

·Great attitude and be a team player
·Level 3 - 4 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification)
·Preferably with MOT but not essential
·Your own set of tools

As the Mechanic / Senior Diagnostic Vehicle Technician - We expect you to demonstrate the following:

·Qualify, diagnose and find a solution for complex engine problems
·Help and assist other technicians by qualifying, diagnosing and finding a solution for complex engine problems
·An eye for detail.
·Ability to work under pressure.
·Quality awareness.
·Communication skills.
·Full driving licence
