Senior Aftersales Executive
Salary up to £24,000pa plus Bonus and OTE
Location: Northampton

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service/Aftersales Advisor.

Our client offers exceptional Customer Service and it is vital that you are also able to deliver this. Ensuring that customer facing and workshop procedures are aligned and work efficiently with one another

General Duties:
·Leading the customer-facing team within the Aftersales Department
·Ensuring that processes operate to high standards and efficiently
·Ensuring that team members are supported and guided in the best way possible
·That there multiple working practices between the Aftersales Department and other departments
·You will need to understand how the department works, and develop knowledge to share with your customer facing team
·You will need to understand what performances an impact your department and the best way to resolve certain situations
·Have the motivation to drive yourself and your team to successes
·Assist the Aftersales manager and build a strong Aftersales team

Essentials:
·Service/Aftersales Advisor experience within the Automotive industry
·Able to motivate and drive yourself and a team
·Able to deal with the pressure and responsibilities of assisting the Aftersales Manager
·A full UK driving license
