We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager in Lincoln, for the right person this will be an excellent opportunity!
We are looking for a highly motivated person with passion and drive who can provide exceptional levels of customer service, someone who can lead, drive and motivate the Sales team, exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the New car department
You should have the knowledge experience drive and ability to get the most out of the Department and sales team bringing with you very high standards and new ideas.
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the whole Sales Team!
You will need to control the used car and demonstrator sales and stock levels, to be able to converse with divisional and manufacture personnel, exceed targets and meet tight deadlines and push forward new car sales.
