Automotive Sales Manager required for a new car dealership based in Chingford

Basic Salary: £30,000pa BONUS/OTE: UP TO £55,000 (INCLUDES A COMPANY CAR)

Our client, a highly successful main dealership is seeking a sales manager for their busy, fast-pace dealership based in Chingford.

We are looking for a highly driven individual with experience of new car sales management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products. With an eye for detail, you will also be required to manage and train members of the sales team and support them to help drive the business forward and increase sales performance, all whilst achieving top customer satisfaction for the dealership.

You will be required to motivate and develop your team with your strong management skills and positivity to do well.

Skills & Qualifications of a Car Sales Manager:

·Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·Evidence of managing a team productively
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements within the sales team
·Valid UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
