SALES MANAGER

Basic Salary – £35,000pa plus OTE up to £55,000pa
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 18:00pm, Saturday's 8:30am - 17:00pm, Sunday's 10:00am - 16:00pm (6 days on, 2 days off)
Location - Northampton

Our client, a highly successful main dealership is seeking a sales manager for their busy, faced paced dealership based in Derry.

Responsibilities of a Sales Manager
·Manage the Sales Team.
·Maintain contact throughout the sales and pre-delivery process.
·Go above and beyond to make sure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional.
·You will manage all sales appointments in a professional manner, consistently providing high quality test drive experiences.
·Deliver on your sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications of a Sales Manager
·Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a Sales Manager
·Demonstrate a stable career path / longevity within previous roles
·Evidence of managing a team productively
·Proven track record of hitting targets / managing improvements within the sales team
·Valid UK driving licence 
·Proactive and driven to support the team
