SALES MANAGER
Sales Manager required for our automotive client in Peterborough.

Basic Salary: up to £35,000pa plus BONUS/OTE: up to £55,000pa

Our client is seeking an experienced enthusiastic, ambitious and mature car Sales Manager to join their growing team in a highly reputable brand. Your role will consist of supporting sales executives with compiling suitable customer offers whilst assisting with transactional elements. Ensuring that the vehicle displays are maintained in accordance with standards. You will also monitor the prep of new and used stock.

As a Sales Manager you will still look after the customer's sales process from start to finish, maintaining contact throughout the sales and pre-delivery process. Working alongside a fantastic team, you will ensure that every customer’s experience of the dealership is exceptional. You will manage all sales appointments in a professional manner, ensuring high quality test drive experience and deliver on your sales targets. With an excellent basic salary and lots of opportunities for bonus based on hitting sales targets, alongside a company car. The right candidate will support all departments and be career driven.

Working hours: 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturdays 8:30am - 5pm/ 1 in 2 Sundays 10am - 4pm

Skills & Qualifications of a Sales Manager role: 

·Experience in a main dealership 
·Proven track record in sales
·A full UK driving licence
·Be a self-motivated and ambitious person who is willing to learn
·Work efficiently under pressure and towards set targets
·Deliver excellent customer service to every customer
