SALES CONTROLLER / TRANSACTION MANAGER
Location: NORTH LONDON
Salary: Basic £20,000pa plus up to £50,000pa OTE

Our client, a renowned car dealer, seeks an experienced SALES CONTROLLER / TRANSACTION MANAGER to join their professional North London.

Your responsibilities will include controlling the sales and prospecting activity of a team of well-drilled Car Sales Executives working for one of our client’s major volume brands.

Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

·Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be controlling the activity of the sales team
·Overseeing, motivating and coaching staff
·Stacking deals, second-facing when necessary, to maximise F&I and add-on penetration
·Occasionally covering sales deals for members of the team that are on scheduled days off / annual leave
·Managing the flow of new sales leads, dealership appointments, test drives
·Carrying out part-exchange appraisals and valuations
·Working closely with management to achieve targets on sales volume, profit and CS.
·
Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager required Skills and Experience:

As the successful candidate, you will be/have:

·Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full valid UK Driving License
·Employed as a Sales Controller or Assistant Sales Manager within your current organisation.

Our Client will also consider you if you are currently a Car Sales Manager, Deputy Sales Manager, Business Manager or a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Controller, Transaction Manager.
