Sales Controller / Business Manager (Automotive)
Based in NORTH LONDON
Salary: £20,000pa + OTE OF £50,000pa + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

A new and exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced motor industry, franchised dealership Sales Controller / Business Manager / Transaction Manager to join their team in North London.

As part of the management team for a hard working sales team, you will be extremely process driven and be able to transfer your skills into the team through daily coaching and development. You will need to be able to manage the team through monitoring sales enquires, creating customer offers and finance plans, meeting customers to assist in the closing of sales and developing the teams sales skills through your own experience. You will also be an integral part of the management team in assisting the Sales Manager and senior management with reporting, budget and stock control, and target achievement. 

SALES CONTROLLER / TRANSACTION MANAGER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·To make contact with every retail customer, prior to the delivery of the vehicle with the aim of maximising Finance and insurance (F & I) income.
·To work individually or in the team to assist the sales team to close all potential opportunities, without compromising our business ethics, those of our business partners and the interests of our customers
·To assist the sales team in achieving retail sales by providing specialist advice on all F & I matters. To work directly with the sales team, assisting in the vehicle sale process, irrespective of whether or not there is Finance and insurance (F & I) income involved.
·To ensure the referral of every customer possible, notifying the Sales Manager immediately of any non-referrals and providing information on F & I income achieved by the salesmen for commission payments at month end.
·To maximise new and repeat business by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service, and ensuring their personal appearance continuously projects the quality image of the Company.
·To participate in marketing initiatives as required by the Sales Manager in order to attract new Finance and insurance (F & I) income business or vehicle sales.
·To obtain proposal information from customers1 convey this information to the finance company promptly, accurately and honestly and regulate responses received.

SALES CONTROLLER / TRANSACTION MANAGER / TRANSACTION MANAGER SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

·Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
·Previous experience within a automotive environment
·Proven track record in sales
·A clean, current driving licence
·Excellent customer service skills
·Work efficiently under pressure
