SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Sales Administrator required for our dealership client in Birmingham.
Salary: £23,000pa

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who has main dealership knowledge to join their well respected, enthusiastic team. We are looking for a someone who can take responsibility of their own work, take initiative and ensure the smooth running of the Sales department.

As a Sales Administrator, you will also assist with the preparation of the necessary delivery documentation, including log books, vehicle books and invoices. You will be responsible for the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles for the Sales Department, effectively supporting all departments with the flow of communication and administration as necessary. The right candidate must have accurate attention to detail in all work they do both written and verbal.

Working Hours: 40 hours pw

Skills and Qualifications of a Sales Administrator

·Prior Sales Administrator experience within a main dealership is essential
·Must have a pro-active approach to their work and be able to work using your own initiative as well as part of a team
·Experience of systems Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle
·Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
