SALES ADMINISTRATOR (Part Time)
Sales Administrator required for our Automotive client in Manchester

Basic Salary up to £16,500pa to £17,000pa ~(Pro Rata)

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their dealership team in Manchester. Role and Responsibilities

·To order and specify vehicles as required through the LSH Auto UK Limited system
·Actively support the external sales staff & agents where required, providing relevant information and feedback on customer orders and product matters.
·Answer and deal with telephone calls quickly and efficiently.
·To create and maintain vehicle stock records in Kerridge
·Dealer transfer logistics when required

Working hours - Part Time

Skills and Qualifications

·Must be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems
·IT literate including Kerridge, Cesar, AFRL, Go AMS and Excel
·Good telephone and interpersonal skills
·Must be numerate, accurate and show attention to detail
·Enthusiastic with a desire to learn all aspects of the accounts/admin function
