My client has been established for over 30 years. They are a family run business who have built on 2 key elements; Understanding our customer’s ever-changing requirements and client loyalty.
Along with customer satisfaction they now have a substantial client base throughout the North of England. They are now looking for an experienced Sales Invoice / Workshop / Invoice Administrator to join them


Duties of the Sales Invoice / Workshop / Invoice Administrator include but not limited to:

·Assisting the Workshop controller with the following:
·Liaising with Estimators, Parts Department and Workshop supervisors to progress repairs to invoice stage
·Invoicing of repairs, checking all supporting documents and customer requirements are met to ensure prompt payment of the repair
·General day-to-day assistance including answering incoming phone calls & undertaking admin duties, assisting with customer queries, obtaining updated authorities/PO numbers etc.
·Maintenance of company fleet overseeing Tax of vehicles, MOT's

Requirements for the Sales Invoice / Workshop / Invoice Administrator:

·Previous experience in the motor trade is not essential as training will be given
·Reliable and hard working
·Required to be motivated and ambitious in line with growth plan
·Microsoft Office experience essential i.e Word, Excel, Outlook
